Hello, my name is Luis. I´m a graduated culinary student from Caracas, Venezuela. I´m 22 years old and currently doing an internship at Alto restaurant in Caracas.
I´ve lived in a couple other countries growing up, USA for 10 years and Spain for 3. I come from a humble artists family with no big culinary background except for grandma´s cooking and my mother´s highly influential, at home cooking style.
I´ve been a member of ChefTalk for a few months now, but was never really active due to school and my internship. Just recently graduated and decided to look online for possibilities outside of Venezuela.
Anyways, I hope to be a part of the ChefTalk community, learn from all and share the little knowledge i´ve gained these past years in the culinary world.
