Vegetarian finger food that's not crudite with dip?

I'm too tired to think so could someone help me think?  Criteria is Vvegetarian finger food, small plate and napkin held in one hand, finger food in the other.

Caprese stuffed portabellos
Greek salad skewers
Caesar salad skewers - no anchovies
Gazpacho in hollowed out cucumber slices ("shot" glasses)
Verrines
Tempura-battered green beans or asparagus w a dipping sauce
Salad of choice in a martini glass
Pizza
Guac and chips in a martini glass

What kind of vegetarian... lacto, ovo, lacto-ovo, or vegan?

Jicama medallions brushed with a honey lime glaze, then grilled cut into a julienne and served in a won ton cup with a curried mango sorbet and topped with micro cilantro

 

Jasmine rice cakes topped with a dollop of Thai green pesto, garnished with kelp caviar, drizzled with Asian black bean Vinaigrette and a sprinkling of pickled ginger

 

Grilled polenta and wild rice cakes topped with a pumpkin and chantrelle ragout

 

Spicy stuffed chickpea and mint patties, made with chickpeas, scallions, carrots, rice, beadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, serrano chile, and mint, folded around a pocket of shallots, cilantro, and serrano chile, pan sautéed and topped with a dollop of garam masala tahini sauce

 

Dimpled porcini mushroom risotto arancini, rice balls made with carnaroli, porcini, and fresh thyme risotto, dimpled and then coated with bread crumbs and deep fried and finished with romesco sauce spooned into the dimple

Empanadas, plenty options for fillings,
Mini veg burgers or kebabs,
Mini vol au vents (if they aren't vegans)
Hummous or some variation of baba ganoush with melba toast
Pieces of corn on the cob
Mushroom skewers

If eggs are OK...

Tortilla espanola or quiche cut in squares or triangles on party picks
Pasta - lasagna cupcakes or mini lasagna, or lasagna roll-ups, fried ravioli
Greek quesadillas (spinach and feta) cut in triangles w tzatiki sauce
Spanokapita
Pierogies
Pot stickers - veg filling
Spring or egg rolls
Eggplant "meatballs"
Eggplant pizzas

Well, not exactly finger food, but I think I'm going to go with the salad in a cup.

 

 

With some Hamachi on top for non vegetarians... ;)

 

I just couldn't do the wonton cup Layne, sorry... but good idea.

Both.  Probably more  laziness than anything.  I couldn't bring myself to fry a bunch of wonton skins.

To crank out a bunch, you can put them in muffin tins and bake. Easy peasy for us lazies.
