If it rendered from suet I'd keep it in the ice box and use it like any other type of fat. It has a high smoke point.
BBQ beef fat is very strong flavored. Not sure i would use it.
Use it to make a pastry dough, then make bbq beef pastries.
Beef shank confit with Yorkshire pudding and with carrots and cabbage seasoned with caraway then oven roasted with beef fat.
