Merry Christmas to my CT family and kudos for those working today to provide others with a great meal (be it a dining room full of the well dressed 1% or a homeless family needing a place to sit and rest for a bit out of the weather).

Merry Christmas, Everyone!

I see from stats that a goodly number of us are visiting the Chef Talk board today. I appreciate the entertainment today as I am alone.

However, I am simultaneously making ghee, cheesecake and beef broth, so I am having a good time.

Just happened to read your posting from Florida. Looking out the window at the snow-covered ground here in Nova Scotia, (momentarily wishing I were also in Florida-LOL) I am preparing to cook Lobster in Black Bean Sauce for the New Year's Day meal. Have a great New Year!
