An exciting position has become available within a busy Event Catering Company which specializes in Motorsport VIP Hospitality, predominantly in the British Superbike Series. Although not starting till April 2016 we are looking for a suitably experienced chef, preferably local, but to stay with the company for a reasonable length of time including 2016 season and beyond. Not only do we provide services within the biggest domestic motorcycle racing paddock in the world but also private functions outside of the paddock which we are looking to develop further in the future. We have invested heavily for 2016 with the arrival of our new clear span awning which will extend the amount of covers we can manage witin BSB whilst also hopefully opening up a new source of clients in the marquee hire area. There are Twelve rounds of the British Superbike season. Each round consists of 6 days, travelling the country and will consist of possibly driving duties, awning assembly, furniture moving, menu compilation, food commodity ordering to a budget, producing good wholesome well presented food for the relevant teams and restaurant style food for the VIP Guests. Consequently 72 days minimum employment are available now with hopefully more bookings to come in the future. Accommodation will be provided at the circuit in a shared purpose built four man room. The successful candidate will need to fit in to an existing 12 man team enhancing the team dynamic. He/she will need to be imaginative with menus, cook with confidence and flair and bring a certain something unique to him or her with them to take forward a company which has been doing this for 10 years. Details of the season calendar can be found at britishsuperbike.com or by emailing email@example.com
