Hello,

I've read all over that the Mac superior is one of the best cost/value if not just straight up the best bread knife around. I can't seem to find any information on the Mac pro 10'5 bread though. I have read that the pros are typically stiffer than the superiors - is that true in the case of the breads, and if so is that what makes the superior the better choice?
