Hello Chefs, I am an italian "pastry chef" I attend the general cooking school in Italy and after that I had experiences just in pastry that is what I Love to do, 2 intership of 6 onth each and 1 years in a bakery in Dublin and actually in a high quality restaurant also in Dublin, but I am planning to be back in italy during the summer and attend a high quality pastry course but is really difficoult choose a good one, my eye has been cought between 2 school, ICook of Montersino Luca an ALMA professional school, both of them offer a similar course. I'd like to have an advertise from someone who knows the school or someone who teach and then can explain e if this is can be a good idea or not. thank you so much:chef:

Hi @Roberta, welcome to Chef Talk!! If you find you have difficulty finding someone who knows the schools on this site I will recommend you to contact each of the schools and ask them for their alumni list. This way you can contact or research the alumni on their lists to ask them questions about their time at those schools as well as see how they are doing today in their pastry profession.

Good luck and I wish you all the best!! :D
