Hello! I love food and I like to cook food, so this seemed like a good place to learn more from the pros. I am an amateur when it comes to cooking, but I do have a few recipes and things that I am proud of in the kitchen (like cinnamon rolls). Anyway, Happy New Year and I look forward to lots of good discussions.

Welcome to ChefTalk, sorry for such a late reply. ChefTalk is a great place to learn from the pros. Often the replies are from chefs or former chefs. We also have hundreds of educational articles written by chefs so check them out.
