Hello everyone,

                              I'm an at home cook now who is trying to get into culinary school to go own and do it professionally. Cooking is one of my passions as it is just one of my many artistic art talents. I hope to get to know everyone and learn from you guys. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

Welecome @Chef Lenny glad you joined. What culinary schools are you thinking about? I always like to tell people culinary school does not need to be big an expensive you are really there to just lean the basics (stocks, sauces, cooking techniques). Community colleges often do a better job of this than the big super expensive places.
