Thrilled to be here!

Hello everybody! My name is Guillermo and I’m from Barcleona, Spain. I’ve always liked to cook but I’ve was kind of always stuck cooking the same dishes over and over again, so I recently decided to start taking some cooking classes in order to expand my repertory.

I did look for cooking schools to go to, but I didn’t find many in my city and the one I found was supper expensive, so I ended up having a chef come to my place to teach me and a friend. Believe it or not it’s much cheaper than the regular cooking classes.

I hope to also learn a lot from all of you here and also help with my two cents if my knowledge can be useful to other members.

See you all around!

Welcome @frytheworld we are glad you joined. What a great way to learn by hiring a chef to teach you I bet it was less expensive than culinary school. Please let us know if you have any questions about how to use the site and be sure to post pictures of your food in our photo gallery.

Thanks,
