So it begins.

Hey all, just wanted to stop in and Introduce myself. I'm 24 old Male, who loves to Cook and Experiment. While I don't have any professional training (I graduated from Youtube state) in the culinary field, I've always liked the IDEA of Cooking; Of mixing and matching your different "pieces" to make something greater that the parts. I love to come up with, and learn new ideas and ways of doing things. My main reason for really joining these forums is to find new and intresting things, and to share my own discoveries and creations, to improve and biuld on advice of those who know what they are talking about.

Welcome, glad you joined up. You can certainly learn a lot from youtube videos if you search out the best ones. There are also so some great online cooking courses you can take that really show you all you need for the basics.
