I have been using this great site for the last few months to get some insight and answers to my cooking questions. Lots of info here, and I appreciate all of the help so far.
I am recently retired and am doing the cooking while my wife continues to work.
All I know is that I don't know much. After reading some discussions on knifes, I bought some different knifes to replace our old ones.
Love the new Wusthof chefs knife, the rest of them, well the jury is still out on them.
Hopefully I won't be asking too many dumb questions, my next area to investigate is pots and pans, lots to learn I am sure.
