Nothing too fancy, I'm kinda of a minimalist and not very skilled yet for brighter ideas. Lately I've been pursuing some perfect pasta dough recipes, for instance, as I love pasta of all kinds and love to play with sauces, finding perfect matches. Previously I've been learning a lot about the use of fresh herbs as I've noticed after some years that some dishes are nothing without the right seasoning, I was kinda fascinated with the magic they do, especially with meat in general. I'll surely dig much more about around here :)
