Kirkland Ravioli Lasagna with Beef & Pork Bolognese Sauce:
Costco had a sale on their fresh made lasgagna so bought one. It was good but what I found intresting is they used ravioli to make up the layers, what a time saver. They are already packed with ricotta cheese just need to add sauce, meat and mozzarella. I'm guessing they need to be boiled before but with so many choices these days for pre made ravioli can get pretty creative. Pumpkin, fish, meat and different cheeses. I don't live far from the new york ravioli store. Not sure what sauce used with fish or pumpkin but they have line of sauces to pair up. Anyone do this before?

Bolognese or spaghetti Sauce?
