I just have a question for everyone in here
How long do you keep unripe avocados in the fridge
Is any time period that you can legally keep then
And do the go bad even if they are not ripe

Don't put them in the fridge as it halts the ripening process. Leave them at room temperature (putting them in a paper bag speeds up the process) and let ripen as desired. From there use them as soon as possible or put them in refrigeration only if absolutely necessary. Anything ripened whether it be an avocado, pear, tomato, peach etc. will have a short time frame to utilize before they become overripe. The fridge does not save ripe produce either, you can't put a perfectly ripe avocado in the fridge on Monday and expect it to be usable by Friday because it will have degraded quite a bit by then.
