Thread Starter

Hello, we are company that produce silicone baking mats, so we were wondering can you tell us what is the best size of baking pastry mat for you, and what color is better for you to have. We are doing this research to satisfy our client's need, and of course your needs as a professional baker, cooker or simply home baking person.

Im happy with what the market already offers. No need for anything different.

Give it another couple of days. Maybe you'll get more detailed or helpful responses.

Full sheet pan and half sheet pan.  I don't care about color, but don't make it white/gray.  Make it some color that I can spot easily

That's one thing I hate about color coded green boards, when cutting veg there's no contrast, I use white for veg cuz really? Who need's white to be dedicated for cheese? I use blue if we have them and don't process seafood.
