Ok to freeze cooked chopmeat?

Hi smile.gif

Just cooked some chopmeat (beef) with some olive oil, fresh onion, s&p, and allspice. Is it ok to freeze the unused portion?

Thanks in advance.

Sure, but mark it with the stuff you have added to the meat  so you do know what is in it when you are ready to use it

Sure. Package to eliminate as much air as possible and double wrap to avoid freezer burn.
