I have been using PS99 to make all of my buttercream icing for 2 years with excellent results. I have not kept the shipping boxes and now am in need of knowing ALL of the ingredients to make this high ratio shortening. There is a new product from Ventura Foods called White Cap Cake and Icing Shortening and I need to make a comparison of the ingredients. According to Ventura, this new one is even better.
