Using dry or wet brined chicken the next day.

Does the brined chicken get more salty a day after it has been brined?

The chicken will become as salty as the brine it is in. How long that takes I don't know but five minutes, not so much. Overnight? Saltier.

It shouldn't get saltier after brining.

During, sure, but after removal from the brine, no more absorption.
