Hi,

 

I have the experience/hours for applying for the Baker Patissier exam here in Ontario and I wanted to know if you have any advice and suggestions on what I should use for study material to brush up on, I am challenging the exam.

 

Another thing is I was wondering if I should also appear/challenge the cook exam as I started out in the industry as a cook and then years later switched over to baking and pastry. I have the hours for both and was just wondering on how I should proceed. If I should appear for the cook exam what should I use for study material here as well?

 

I am going for the Baker/Patissier exam for sure.
