Job vacancy! 
Hello everyone, an exciting opportunity for a talented sous-chef has become available for the summer, moving into potential consultancy work in the winter.  This is a new venture on the coast in the Algarve Portugal, we are an experienced FOH team taking over management  of an exceptional cliff top Bar/Restaurant with an emphasis on locally sourced fresh ingredients done well. We are looking for a talented passionate chef to run the show in the kitchen, accommodation is available, the wage is very competitive, and the cost of living is absolutely tiny. There is a fully loaded commercial kitchen and lots of space to shine both in the venue and the company on a larger scale.
This will be a very quick start (5th of May).
