I am 24 and am in my third and final year of my commercial cookery apprenticeship in Australia!
Finally got around after joining this forum afters years of trawling through threads on here, I hope to continue learning from everyone here and help others with questions or offer my opinion on certain things.

Takes a bit of getting used to with a lot of people on here being from America, and there are a lot of differences in the industry from what I can tell. But food is food is food, and everyone understands cooking no matter where you are in the world
