I am currently putting together an all natural ingredient No Bake recipe with the addition of whey protein isolate and concentrate. I have been using honey, coconut oil heated to the Hard Ball (260 degrees) and then combined with the dry ingredients. I'll combine all ingredients to form a bar. The end result is usually a bar that is too nimble and breaks apart easily. I'm hoping to find an ingredient that may help bind all the agents but also create the hard texture that results from boiling Honey. Any suggestions would be greatily appreciated.
