ACF CSC study help

Hi I've been scouring the Internet for study guides and free practice exams for the certified sous chef written portion with no luck. I would love to get my hands on a free practice exam rather than paying the $50.00 for it. Also I'm looking for a book that might have all the info I need in it, the recommended reading is scattered across 6 books and I only own a couple of them. I'm trying to take this test without buying several different books and a practice exam if anybody can help.

I would contact your local chapter for copies of the books.

In my chapter many of the chefs have some copies of the books, so I could get access to them at some time.

Also contact your local certification examiners for assistance.

 

Send me a private message and I can get you contact information.

 

As well someone in your area might have taken the test recently and would be a good resource.

 

Again PM me and I will see what I can do. Just need to know where you are located.
