G'Day!!

My name is Ros and I live on the east coast of Australia.

I am a private chef with my own company.  I love to cook!

I am finding ChefTalk very helpful as I don't have any input from a professional kithen.

Yes we are also keen on our native bush foods. Cooking fish und paper bark is another favourite.
