Glamping with you sounds like fun Mimi - I love to fish and have kin folk in Hempstead in Waller County.  Small world

Indeed .
Very small world.
Hempstead has my favorite fruit stands.
A neighboring glamper just returned from a business trip and brought Fredricksburg peaches.
A bit small but so juicy and really sweet!

I went and bought a loaf of enriched white bread.  I then made a sandwich of bread, mayo, S&P, and a ripe tomato fresh from the garden.  I have to say it was very good.  The next on will be homemade Italian, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and tomato all toasted and pressed on the flattop.
