Hi folks,


I'm a chef/cook from Australia, and currently working in Indonesia, developing projects, and teaching the local staff how to produce good food in hygienic conditions, and safely.. which for those of you who may not know is actually quite difficult given the social conditions here.


Anyhows, I hope I can provide as much good advice as I have seen many others have so graciously shared with the community.
