Having lived in the U.S. and South America I saw the need to expose culinary and culture of South America and Mexico to Chefs living and working in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia. Today I am proud to announce our hands-on culinary and cultural program to Mexico and Bolivia. under my company brand chefsproject.com

 

Our program provides the opportunity to work with restaurants and culinary institutions abroad where they are able to engage with local chefs to learn new skills, cultural and language exposure.
