I am new to the culinary world. I am definitely a home-cook. I do a lot of Italian and Asian cooking at home. I also have baked a lot of sweet breads and cookies for a few different markets and sold them. I am currently training as a pastry chef at a restaurant. I have only worked there a few days. I plan to go to London in the fall to study at a culinary school. 

If you have any advice on how to get the most out of my experience, I would love to hear it. 

I eventually want to start my own catering gig or meal business.
