I want to make a faux cheesecake pie that does not contain these ingredients: corn, gluten, soy, dairy, peanuts. Can it be done?

I have these ingredients that I would like to use with the recipe if possible:
* Almond flour
* Coconut flour
* Coconut oil
* Safflower oil

for the vegan cream cheese and yogurt, I highly recommend Kite Hill

Vegan  Cheesecake

1 cup                                                                                                             dates, chopped

1 cup                                                                                                             almonds, sliced

1 ¾ pound                                                                                                      vegan cream cheese

1/3 cup                                                                                                           almond milk

½ teaspoon                                                                                                     salt

¾ cup                                                                                                             sugar

¾ cup                                                                                                             vegan yogurt

¼ cup                                                                                                             sweet rice flour

1 ½ teaspoons                                                                                                 lemon juice

1 teaspoon                                                                                                      vanilla extract

Procedure:

Combine dates and almonds in food processor. Process to mix, press into and ½ way up sides of oiled 10 inch spring form pan. Chill.  Mix together sugar, yogurt, flour, almond milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt. In mixer, beat cream cheese until softened. Add in remaining mixed ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into springform and bake at 375 for approximately 1 hour. Cool in warm place. Refrigerate overnight before removing from pan.

Is it possible to make a cheesecake that uses the almond flour and coconut flour ? Or does it just not work for that?

My opinion is probably somewhat biased.

Why "faux"?

Do you plan to use cream cheese?

Only just spotted this! TBH I wouldn't have a clue re creating a cheesecake from these ingredients. I cook a lot of vegetarian but not gluten, corn, soy, dairy, peanut free! I'd have to ask....why? Has someone got some serious multiple allergies? It would be very very rare for someone to have an allergy to all these things.

It's actually not so rare to be allergic to all these things. I'm allergic to all of them, not dangerously so, but they cause bloating and discomfort, and since I have autoimmune issues I am afraid of triggering inflammation

Oh, I'm sorry. To return to the cheesecake. If you can't eat soy, then that would rule out the obvious 'faux' cream cheese (which would be silken tofu). But @cheflayne has suggested vegan cream cheese. I'm not familiar with this but if you can obtain it then the recipe looks good!

@cheflayne thanks for the recipe. Question: can the rice be exchanged with any combination of coconut, almond, or flax seed flour? And the dates, is dried ok?
