I recently procured a vitamix pro at the state fair and... Well buyer's remorse hit me with the cost.

Few people have mentioned the ninja. Reviews are heavily mixed on the product. So I'd like to hear from you good people on preferences and/or experiences.

Problem with vitamix: price, noise level

Thanks

I have a commercial unit. Yes it is noisy, but it is not like I run it all day and so have to listen to it 24/7. Run time is a small percentage of the 24 hour time increments. Yes it is expensive, but I bought it 25 years ago. Used it professionally, on a daily basis, several times a day, for 15 years. Still going strong. Average that out and it is inexpensive.

I can't say enough good things about it. I love it. Amazing piece of equipment. If I go on, it will start to sound like I get paid for endorsing the product (which I don't) or an infomercial on late night TV.

We have a Ninja at work. There is no comparison. I will leave it at that.

I own and use both on my kitchen.

Vitamix is better. I can't badmouth the ninja but you get smoother textures with the Vitamix.

Get rid of your buyers remorse, learn to love the vitamix music… Yes, is a bit loud… Like most blenders, but besides that is perfect.

Best regards from Mexico.

Hi - I'll just add my two cents too ... I've had a vitamix for a few years now and literally use it every single morning. It is hands down absolutely the best appliance I have ever purchased and probably every will purchase in terms of reliability and health benefits. Yes it is noisy but that doesn't bother me at all. If you search on the internet searching for any bad reviews, you probably won't find them as I didn't since I believe they rarely if ever fail. While I probably sound like a salesperson, I am not connected with any company ... I'm just a satisfied user.
