Nice to meet everyone.

Be been running The Ciinamon Snail, a vegan organic and kosher certified food business serving NYC and NJ since Valentine's Day 2010.

Hoping to learn and contribute here.

Out of curiosity, what's the best area of the forum for food service management owner discussion? I'd love to pick people brains, and share in my ideas concerning procedures, and general hospitality methods.
