I am interested in finding out if there are other people who would be interested in sharing space in a Wholesale Permitted Commercial Kitchen/Commissary in Napa Sonoma area. It is a bakery with oven that has 6 hearths and rotates. a proofer, and mixer. a type 2 hood. I don't think meat products would work. Could have a small retail aspect in a few years added on. Let me know ASAP if this is something you could use.
