I have a 46" Wolf 6 burner cooktop with griddle. I have followed all of the instructions as to how to clean and season it, but a black residue wipes off on my paper towel leaving me to wonder if there something I did not do correctly? I have scrubbed it with Scotch-Brite, used vinegar water or club soda but the black residue looks like oxidation still comes off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
