I'm Ali, 26 years old, living in London, UK. I'm not really a forum person but I decided to become a part of this seemingly great community to be among more likeminded individuals who, not only have a passion for everything food but also a talent for it. Im 26yrs old (late starter), barely embarking on what I hope to be a lifelong career and connection to the industry. I'm incredibly studious and I'm currently aiming to soak up as much as I can from anybody that's willing to teach.
Any chefs or wherever you are in the kitchen hierarchy that are willing to share some of your stories on how you got your foot in the door of a professional kitchen (or just your culinary career in general) would be massively appreciated.
