Hi just joined here
I'm from Aus and just starting my chef apperticeship. I'm engaged to a commi chef and yeah decided to pursue my love of food also.
Kinda joined to see if anyone has idea or also been in a small kitchen (6staff on books with 2 apprentices) that was set in thier ways and "proud" of only teaching the same 10 dishes.
