Hello!  I've been really enjoying reading ChefTalk for a while now, but am just getting around to introducing myself.  


I started in the restaurant business as a teenager in the front of the house, married a chef, then more restaurant work and catering.  Children were a good excuse for a haitus.  Did a bit of food writing.  For the last couple of years I've once again been doing some catering, plus cooking lessons and personal cheffing.  The personal cheffing is a bit loosey-goosey at the moment.


Anyway, I look forward to hanging out here!
