Hi

Sorry wasn't sure what section to post in. I'm just looking into opening a restaurant and trying to work out some figures but I've never worked in one before (I know, potential bad idea right), so I just wondered if you wouldn't mind answering a quick question:

If I was employing 3 chefs working at the same time and paying roughly:
head chef:£2500 a month
2 'assistant' chefs £1500 a month

Could you tell me roughly how many of the following I can expect them to cook in busy periods per hour if I was only doing something like the following 'meal in a box here':
