Nigel Haworth is recruiting for a Sous Chef who is looking for an exciting new opportunity with an immediate start to work within an award winning kitchen at the Michelin Star Northcote Restaurant.  We are looking for an experienced senior team member who will help lead the Northcote brigade with Chef Patron, Nigel Haworth, to an even higher level than ever before. With hard work, flair and commitment you can be part of something very special.
The successful candidate will:
 
-Have a proven track record as a Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef working in a Michelin star Kitchen
-Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
-Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a large team
-Have the ability to develop a team enhancing the skill level of the brigade
-Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team
