To you who are reading, thank you very much!

I am currently living in Tokyo, Japan, and am thinking of attending patisserie school here. Upon graduation I would like to return to the US and join the patisserie workforce. I was researching about current employment situations when I came across with this forum, thank you very much to you whom have poured your efforts into this forum to make it happened!

I was also considering my options in Japan. But most of pastry courses which I have researched upon will be conducted in Japanese. Only Le Corden Bleu Tokyo is teaching in English. Did you come across any good and reputable school yet?
