Hello all, and thanks for reading!

 

Last year, I quit my corporate job to start up a small bakery.  I rent space in a shared kitchen and do festivals, markets, pop-ups, custom work and online orders. I am at the point where business is growing, but I cannot yet afford to hire help. 

 

My culinary education consists of online courses I took through Escoffier.

Ooh! I LOVE that place! I don't know which I like better... the beef jerky or the boudin!!!

Lafayette, LA here. Went to school in Thibodaux. Frostop was my fav.

Get out! I went to St Genevieve, where'd you go? There's another guy on here who went to St Gen a year or two under me I believe
