I have one more year left at my University completing my ABA and am getting ready to apply to a culinary school. My end game is to open a tea house, so I figured my main focus would be on the pastry arts. My family who is always so wonderfully supportive have been drawing my attention to schools in New York or California, but that is because these are big name schools my mother has heard about on cooking networks. I would prefer to stay in New Jersey close to my family and was wondering what are the best culinary schools that Jersey has to offer? Location in N.J. does not matter neither does size of school.
