I am blending my own mix and it seems with this new process that I'm missing some type of ingredient. My donuts look and taste great. However, the glaze does not want to stick on the bottom of the donut. Its almost as if it repels it. I'm thinking I need some type of levening agent that absorbs water. Any ideas on this?
