Hello all,


I came across this site just looking for new ideas and a forum to read others opinions about certain recipes and what not. There seems to be a lot of great information and a good community here and am very excited to be apart of it. I just landed my first Sous Chef gig and feel like I am on cloud 9. I quit firefighting after 7 years to chase my dream of becoming a chef and it took me 2 years to finally get the offer and it feels great!
