Trying to research more about this knife but i couldn't find anything other than a youtube video. Can somebody ,who used this knife, give me more insight please and thank you

Only I can say is that Ginsanko-3 is the Japanese answer to Sandvik's 19C27. Coarsely grained, abrasion resistant stuff, providing a fairly aggressive edge. Not the easiest for sharpening.
