Pastry Chef Switzerland/ France

Hi!

I have been looking at some culinary school in Europe and found Culinary Arts Academy in Switzerland and Ferrandi in Paris.

Anyone studied at any of these two? What are your experience? Are the classes worth the money and how much did you learn?

Ferrandi, what is troublesome is finding an accommodation....I know in CAA in Switzerland it is included in the fees.

Also anyone planning to Apply for any of these in 2017?

Thankies! :D

Dear Jassmin,

I am strugling to choose between these schools too. I have loved Ferrandi but I canf afford the accommodation fees for long period. On other hand, as you said the CAA inculded the housing but I wonder why there is no student's feedback about the CAA school.
