My farm is dedicated in raising pasture base Chicken, Duck, Turkey, and Pork.
I am licensed by the state to do on farm processing of poultry and my pork is sent to a local USDA processor.
I studied culinary arts in HS however I was pretty much teaching the class. I mainly learn how to cook from my Vietnamese father, grandmother, and aunts and southern American grandmother.
I hope to learn a few things while I am here.
Soon I will be adding a few other cooked products made with my products.
