Ventilation within commercial kitchen

Hello,

 

I'm researching the commercial kitchen ventilation market for a project at college and was hoping someone may be able to help me.

 

I've researched the commercial kitchen market and have a value for the total market but I could really do with a value for kitchen vent.

 

When you undertake a commercial kitchen fit/refurbishment project, what percentage of total budget is spent on kitchen vent?

 

Any answers provided will be greatly appreciated.

That would depend on the size of the kitchen and the equipment in the kitchen.  We need at the least an equipment list and floor plan.  Try this website to decide what you need.  https://www.captiveaire.com/
