hello,

 

I started making a cake mix and realised I had too much so kept it in the fridge.

 

It is 750g of sugar and 750g butter mix.

 

I'm now ready to use it, but don't really want to make a sponge cake.

 

Any idea's what I can do with it, I don't have to use all of it in one go.

 

Can I use it to make big choux buns or any ideas would be much appreciated
