I FINALLY DID IT!

Well after 12 years of busting my butt day in and day out in this industry. I finally have made it to the top of the profession. As of November 1st I will be the Executive Chef at Bricks and Mortor Bar and Bistro in Omaha Nebraska. I thank God for everything. Second thanks to all of the Chef's that I have trained under. So if anyone ever gets down to Omaha Nebraska come down for some awesome drinks and definitely some amazing food. It is off of 10th and Jones st. Also the awesome thing is that starting next month when I start I get to create my own menu. Thanks again and LET'S GETTER DONE!

Congrats!  Good luck with the new gig.  Always nice to be able to create your own menu.
